Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: July 9, 2025

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:
– the company operating the Store Forge platform (hereinafter the “Platform” or “Publisher”),
– and any person purchasing a digital service offered by a seller through the Platform (hereinafter the “Buyer”).
They define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of digital services (e.g., web development, design, writing…).

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Any order placed on Store Forge implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms by the Buyer. The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.

3. Nature of the Services

The services offered are remote digital services provided by independent sellers (“Sellers”) registered on the Platform. The Publisher acts solely as a technical intermediary and is not the service provider.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Sellers freely set their own prices. The Publisher applies a commission on each sale, included in the amount paid by the Buyer.
Additional fees may apply (service fees, currency conversion, etc.) and will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Ordering Process

The ordering process is as follows:

  • Selection of the service,
  • Choice of a package or custom offer,
  • Payment via Stripe (credit/debit card),
  • Order initiation,
  • Delivery of the service,
  • Validation or revision by the Buyer,
  • Order completion.

6. Payment

Payments are secure and processed via Stripe. The Buyer accepts Stripe’s terms of use at the time of payment.
The amount is received by the Publisher and transferred to the Seller after a 14-day period following delivery confirmation, unless a dispute is raised.

7. Withdrawal and Refund

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and with the consumer’s prior consent.
Any refund request must be addressed through communication with the Seller or by opening a dispute.
In case of a refund, only the offer price will be reimbursed. Transaction fees (such as Stripe fees) are non-refundable.

8. Disputes

In case of a dispute between Buyer and Seller, the Platform provides mediation via an integrated resolution system. The Publisher may act as final arbitrator (refund, decision, etc.).

9. Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer agrees to:

  • Pay the full amount due,
  • Provide all necessary information for the service,
  • Respect deadlines for validation or revision requests.

10. Responsibilities

The Publisher is not a party to the service contract between Seller and Buyer. The Publisher is not liable for:

  • The quality of the service provided,
  • Delivery delays,
  • Any Seller-related issue.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the rights to the deliverables are transferred to the Buyer once the order is completed and paid. The Seller retains moral rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the French courts.
