Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Store Forge. These Terms of Service (“ToS”) define the conditions and rules for using the digital services marketplace platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), accessible at https://store-forge.com/.

1. Purpose

The Platform aims to connect providers of digital services (“Sellers”) with clients or customers (“Buyers”) in a secure, transparent, and legally compliant environment.

Specifically, the Platform allows:

  • Sellers to create a professional profile, publish personalized digital service offers (e.g., web development, design, copywriting, digital marketing, etc.), manage orders, communicate with clients, leave reviews on buyers, and earn income for completed services;
  • Buyers to search, compare, order, leave client reviews, and pay for services from registered Sellers, with access to a dedicated user area to track orders and communicate with providers;
  • The Platform Publisher to act as a trusted third party, centralizing payments through Stripe, securing funds during the service delivery process, charging a commission per transaction, and transferring earnings to Sellers 14 days after order confirmation, unless canceled or disputed;
  • Moderation, dispute management, profile verification, and anti-fraud measures to ensure quality, safety, and compliance for all users of the Platform;
  • Support for users’ economic activities through professional tools such as earnings tracking, invoice generation, reporting, and fund withdrawals — while reminding them of their own responsibilities regarding taxes, regulations, and legal status.

The Platform operates solely as a technical intermediary and does not participate in the actual provision of services between users.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering on the Platform or browsing the site, the user fully accepts these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform.

3. Access to the Platform

Access is restricted to individuals of legal age or minors with parental consent, legally capable of entering into contracts and/or conducting independent professional activities (e.g., as self-employed freelancers).

4. User Registration

  • Sellers must provide a valid email address, identity information, and a payout method (PayPal or bank account details) when requesting withdrawals;
  • Buyers must provide accurate billing information.

Users guarantee that all data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

5. Marketplace Functionality

  • Sellers publish service listings (“Stores”).
  • Buyers select and purchase services via Stripe or their wallet balance if sufficient.
  • Funds are received by the Platform, a commission is deducted, and the Seller’s balance is credited after 14 days, pending no cancellations or disputes.

6. Payment and Withdrawal

  • Transactions are processed via Stripe.
  • Sellers can request withdrawal of available earnings from their dashboard.
  • Withdrawals are processed manually by bank transfer or PayPal, subject to approval by the Platform.
  • Transfer fees may apply.
  • Users are responsible for their own tax declarations.

7. Seller Obligations

  • Deliver services as described,
  • Respect agreed deadlines,
  • Comply with applicable laws (tax, intellectual property, etc.),
  • Be legally registered as a service provider (e.g., freelancer, business, etc.).

8. Buyer Obligations

  • Pay for the services ordered,
  • Refrain from misusing dispute or cancellation systems,
  • Provide accurate information and cooperate to ensure service completion.

9. Platform Commission

The Platform charges a fixed or variable commission on each transaction. The exact amount is shown before payment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (design, texts, trademarks, media, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Under the GDPR, users have rights of access, correction, and deletion of their personal data.

12. Account Security and Suspension

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  • Violation of the ToS,
  • Fraudulent activity,
  • Inappropriate behavior.

13. Liability

The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and is not responsible for commercial disputes or the quality of services provided between users.

However, it may act as a moderator and reserves the right to arbitrate in disputes.

14. Disputes and Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, users should first seek an amicable resolution. Otherwise, the matter will be handled by the competent French courts.

These ToS are governed by French law.

15. Modification of the ToS

The Publisher may modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified by email or on-site alerts. Continued use implies acceptance.
